Run from this place!!! Listen to the bad review this place is horrible!!! I should of run out of there the moment I walked in. The place looks old & dirty. Un kept. Looks like it hasn’t been clean in years. I went to get a full set & a pedicure they charge me $110. I almost had a heart attack. (My fault since I did not ask up front how much.) I told the guy who worked on me. The nails are not filled all the way he told me “I did a good job for you don’t worry.” If this is his best work. I don’t want to see his worst. He has no customer service skills at all, he seams to be in charge. The full set I got was extremely short. The nail were not correctly size. Not file down it has rough corners, I’m constantly scratching myself, they are uneven, and cooked it . the lady that did my pedicure cut my nail super short causing it to bleed. The water for the pedicure was cold. No message on the chair, the UV light they use to dry your nail was flickering not sure if it even worked properly. This place is a nightmare I definitely don’t recommend this place…STAY AWAY! UPDATE: I called the owner. He said the replied are automated populated. When I explain the situation he suddenly remember. He told me he was busy but would call me back. 3 weeks later & im still waiting for a call back. This place is horrible & will never be back!

I went Saturday 05/13. I was the only one there witch was okay I got done quicker. First I didn’t like how they placed the acrylic it was very thin and the guy didn’t file the nails right so wen the lady went to put nail polish there was bumps and u could see she put a thin liner. Today I was typing and 2 nails went flying off. They popped off like I had press on ones 🙄 never again it was my first time there and will be my last time

Im really sad to give 1 star, but I have to share my experience. Let me preface by saying the employees are very sweet and nice. However, I got a gel Mani and Pedi, and less than 3 days later, it is peeling off. Gel usually lasts a minimum of 2 weeks. On top of that, my nails are all crooked and different lengths from the file. When they were painted, she didn't clean as she went, and the gel is over on my cuticles. Lastly, I was cut on my toe, not once but twice. Very disappointed and now I have to get them redone and pay again. Sadly I wont be back.

The owner had me sit down and took off, unfortunately the lady didn't speak English so it was hard telling her what service I wanted. Took 1.5 hours just for gel mani/pedi. When it was time to pay the debit machine only had so many numbers so I couldn't pay the price of the original cost, I paid more. The lady kept yanking on my hands, very strange and then in the end she stood there to ensure she received a tip. No other customers came in, now I know why. Never again!

My pedicure lasted 5 days. I informed the nail tech I get ingrown nails and to cut my nails accordingly, I also asked her not to cut the cuticle but she did, and cut me 3 times without apologizing but she tried to hide it. When she was done the edges of the nails weren't painted so I proceeded to paint them as she went to tend to another client. Her manager said something to her that I didn't understand and she came back to paint the edges. Still didn't do it right so I asked to do it myself and she refused and yelled that she already did it. I don't appreciate being yelled at, I paid, tipped and left. 5 days ler the nails are chipped and the shape she cut them into has caused the nails to become further ingrown. I had a different salon dig them out and pay again for work that should have been done 5 days ago.

I came in with my nails horribly done at another location. They were so bad honestly I didn’t think I’d find anyone to fix them. Walked in and was greeted by friendly faces, let them know what happened and even though I was embarrassed I showed my nails in hopes they can fix them. To my surprise they did! A man whom I did not get his name re did them and fixed the shape and nail and let me change the color. My nails looked like nails, beautiful nails. Thank you so much Jen’s nails for this I’ll be back. I love my nails.
